At Whimxical by TM, we take pride in crafting high-quality, handcrafted jewelry designed to last. That’s why we offer a two-year warranty from the date you receive your order, covering any defects or issues resulting from the workmanship of your jewelry.

The warranty does not cover:

• Lost items
• Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, tarnishing, or fading of metals and gemstones
• Damage caused by improper care, including exposure to chemicals, water, or excessive force
• Any modifications or repairs performed by third parties outside of Whimxical by TM
