What is your jewelry made of?

Each one of our pieces are handcrafted and made with either gold filled, solid gold or silver 18k gold plated materials.

Meaning you can say goodbye to tarnishing or jewelry turning black, and say hello to pieces you can wear everyday for years without any issue.

Does your jewelry cause allergies?
Our pieces are free from common allergens like nickel, making them suitable for those with sensitive skin or metal allergies.
Will water cause my jewelry to tarnish?

No, it will not. Our gold-filled, vermeil, and sterling silver jewellery are designed to resist the normal wear & tear from water.

However, some items with unique gemstones may be exceptions, and these are clearly marked.

How should I care for my jewelry?
  • After wearing your jewelry, gently wipe it with a soft cloth.
  • Store your jewelry in an airtight bag or box when not in use.
  • Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals such as chlorine, perfumes, or hairsprays.
  • For cleaning, use lukewarm water and mild soap.
  • Polish your jewelry frequently for extra shine.
Orders
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be used per order; discount codes cannot be combined.
What is your processing time?
Our processing time is 24 to 48 hours.

Please note this may extend during holidays due to higher order volumes.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
Can I change my shipping address or modify my order?

You may change your shipping address prior to placing an order or within 24 hours thereafter.

Beyond this timeframe, we cannot guarantee changes, as orders may already be dispatched.

Likewise, order modifications are only feasible within 24 hours of order placement.

Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are permitted within one hour of placement. After this period, your jewelry may already be in production.

We provide complimentary shipping for orders exceeding a specified value.
Will I incur customs or duty fees?
There are no additional customs or duty fees; these are included in the shipping cost.
What is the shipping duration?

  • Processing ;  2- 3 business days
  • Delivery: 3-7 business days after processing
  • Total Time: 5-10 business days from order date
  • Shipping Partner: USPS, UPS, or FedEx

🌍 International Shipping (Nigeria, Europe, Asia, etc.)

  • Processing  2-3 business days
  • Delivery:12-20 business days after processing
  • Total Time: 14-20 business days from order date
  • Customs: Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes

What if my package is lost or stolen?

If an order is marked as delivered but not received, the buyer is responsible for contacting the delivery service.

While we are not responsible once packages leave our facility, we will provide as much support as possible in recovery.

Returns
What is the return policy?

Items can be returned within 7 days of the order date, provided they are unworn and in original packaging.

You are responsible for return shipping.

Returns are processed within 1–2 weeks after reception, and you will receive a confirmation email.

Refunds are issued as store credit or to the original payment method.

Can I exchange my jewelry before it is shipped?
You may exchange your jewelry for the same item in a different colour or size, subject to availability.
